Bug fixes

• Fix: Attachment lists no longer show stale data when switching between items in the inspector.
• Fix: Linked records no longer appear as blank entries in the inspector stack when a name hasn't been set yet.
• Fix: Contact history and maintenance item links now navigate correctly through the inspector card stack.

UI polish

• Related Item now displays as a pill, consistent with other linked-record fields.

What's new

• Contacts can now be scoped to one or more specific properties or individual rental units — or left global to appear across all properties. A new Properties field in the contact inspector lets you assign and remove scopes with the same chip-based UI used for Projects. New contacts default to the active property or unit context.
• Tapping a record in Contact Activity History now opens it as a stacked drill-down card — the history sheet stays in place rather than closing and navigating away.
• Adding a service from Contact Activity History opens the new service as a stacked card on top, keeping your history context intact when you save and return.
• The Upcoming Work "All" filter now shows every future item, not just those within the current week.
• Inspector card stacking now applies consistently across both item service history and contact activity history.

UI polish

• Close buttons across all sheets and cards now use a consistent xmark.circle glyph.
• The delete button is now an icon-only trash glyph — no text label.
• The "Add to Contacts" action is now an icon-only share glyph with a tooltip on hover.
• "View History" and "View Service History" now use a unified label and icon throughout.

• Fix: Inspector now refreshes correctly when tapping a space from within the unit details view.

Available to everyone

• Property documents — insurance, mortgage, HOA, taxes, home warranty, inspection report, and realtor — now have structured fields for all the details that matter, plus note and attachment support.
• The record inspector has been redesigned with a new field layout, richer inline editing, and a card-stack navigation model — opening related records layers them on top without losing your place.
• Service history now supports drill-down: tap any service to open its full record as a stacked card without leaving your current context.
• Contact records now include address fields and a complete activity history showing every service, task, and item linked to that contact.
• The create button now shows a typed menu with color-coded icons for each record type — item, task, service, or contact.
• Records can now be tagged to multiple projects. Filter the contacts list by project, or navigate directly to a project from a contact card.

Maintain

• The maintenance inspector now has a full-year calendar view. Tap any date to see what's scheduled, and drill into individual records from there.

Pro

• Multiple properties and multi-unit rentals are now supported. Add as many homes or rental properties as you need, create individual units within each, and switch between them — each unit has its own spaces, records, and details.
• Properties, units, and spaces now require unique names within their scope. Renaming any of them renames the corresponding folder in your vault, keeping it navigable and in sync with the app.

• View the full service history for any item directly from its inspector panel.
• Service records can now be linked to a specific item when created or edited.
• Filter item service history by All, Tasks, or Services.
